Benefit of Sauna

Benefit of Sauna after work out!

The heat of a sauna room raises your skin temperature to 104 degrees F and your internal temperature to 100.4 degrees F, causing your heart rate to speed up and your blood vessels to dilate.

The primary benefit of a sauna room is its ability to relax and de-stress you. The increased heat soothes sore and tense muscles all over your body, giving you a refreshed feeling once your session is complete.

The increased blood flow also helps bring more oxygen to those sore and tense areas. Using a sauna after exercise will also help your body relax while keeping your heart rate up.

The most noticeable effect of a sauna room is that it makes you sweat. The process of sweating cleanses your skin, but also cleanses toxins from food and drink out of your body.

While in a sauna room, your heart rate will increase and your blood vessels will dilate. This allows your body to pump more blood throughout your body without significantly raising your blood pressure; the effect is similar to that of a brisk walk. While this is no replacement for exercise, it is a great way to boost blood flow, especially to the extremities and upper skin layers, where blood circulation is usually minimal.

Enjoy..raising your heart rate!!!!!!!

    1. Indeed... that muscles needs exercise too. If only they have weights in the sauna, lol.

  2. I can't believe no one offered to relieve the blood flow for you. Or you didn't yourself. In my sauna, I know a few guys who would have been mesmerized by your excitement.

    1. I have many watchers over the years. Couple of them were bold and know what they want and went for it. There were also a couple missed as well but i have no complain! You got to be classy .. and people knows this blood flow is only natural when men are healthy!

  3. When you say classy, how so? Would it be okay if someone gave it a massage for you? Or even more?

  4. I think how people break the ice and the tone of it is important. I have had some people offer me money. I don't think that is a good strategy as I am not an object to be sold or purchased. I like that people appreciate me and just a friendly "Hi!" in general is a good start. Where it leads to, that is depend on the skill of the communication .... ;)
